What is the "Stir Up The Gifts "Summit?
It is a gathering of Leaders / potential Leaders coming together in unity to discuss correct governmental (Kingdom) order, and stratigic
planning for the building of the Kingdom of God.
We use this platform to help Leaders / Potential Leaders to identify, stir up,
and correctly utilize their giftings with the spirit of excellence, accountabilty, and servitude. We also show how team Ministry is
suppose to operates with the spirit of Love and Unity.
Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands.
II Timothy 1:6
Ephesians 4:11-13
11. And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12. For the perfecting of
the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Why Do We Have The Summit?
I Corinthians 12: 4-10
4. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
5. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.

there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
7. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given
to every man to profit withal.
8. For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same

9. To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
10. To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues;
to another the interpretation of tongues:
A effective leader must have a deep intimate relationship with God, and obedient to his will.
A effective leader is someone who people
choose to follow: Often leads by example.

A leader influences others to do things that they may not otherwise do, or didn't realize
they were capable of doing.
A leader sees the potential that others might not see, helps other to cultivate, and mature in that potential
A
effective leaders improve the lives of affiliated individuals and organizations, and is able to consider the needs of others first.
Ideally, the effective leader is a person of integrity, has good strenght of character, and good interpersonal relationship skills
It
takes no title to be a leader, it's the passion of that leader that drives them
A leader can be a manager, but a manager is not necessarily
a leader.
