In obedience to the Call of the Lord, Pastors John & Pamela Dillon (along with the ATMI team) heard the turbulence in the atmosphere to add to the Vision of Agape Time Ministries Inc.

We believe in our hearts that God has prepared us to build a pure place of worship where the Glory of the Lord may rest. The atmosphere will be set to usher the people of God into His presence 24 hours a day.Open to all that will hear the call to worship

This complex will be the central focal point for the coming together in unity of multi-cultural, multi-faceted ministries with the common goal of completing their individual as well as the corporate commision of the Body of Christ.

Our focus will be to stir up the gifts of the nation of end-time leaders/ potential leaders who have heard the call to operate in the spirit of excellance, integrity, accountibility, and proper alignment, in ministry , and comunity affairs.

This complex will be open to all in the community to include Churches, Corporate entities, Political as well as Civic Leaders/ potential Leader.

We endeavor to forge a solid foundation for spiritual growth in the spirit of love, for the building of the Kingdom of God, with the emphasis on completing each assignment.

Our purpose is to sow seed of love to those in need of direction, and guidance for leadership. The ministry under the unction of the Holy Spirit well endeavor to preach and teach the uncompromising Word of God.

Our mandate is to provide a training facility, in an atmosphere conducive to managing, maintaining, and empowering the men and women of God with the necessary tools to impact their cities, states, and the nation. Whereby the Body of Christ will be motivated, strenghtened, and equipped to walk in the ways pleasing to God both individually and corporately.

Michael E. Johnson is the Founding Pastor of "The Refreshing"- A 21st Century Church
, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This versatile ministry is full of creativity and energetic life. As an evangelistic and discipling ministry, it's main thrust is to focus on it's community, city, and state, changing the environmental needs and implementing healthy and God centered programs and services that will effectively meet it's growing demands. As a recording artist and producer, Pastor Johnson has been instrumental in producing several recording projects from the studios of Fresh Records located in the Refreshing Complex. Now available is Pastor Johnson's release " Let God Arise". A true Psalmist and minstrel of worship his giftings will truely help usher you into the presence of the Most High God. Pastor Johnson's deepest desire is to connect individuals with God through various unique avenues of ministry and worship. He has provided a safe place for young adults through the avenue of a Christian Club, "The Spot" and continues to go outside the walls of the church to reach the city aggressively challenging the City of Oklahoma on how to disburse it's block grants

Pastor Blanche Washington is the Founder of Omega End Time Ministries out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is one of the Founding Partners of the Refreshing Church - A 21st Century Experience. Pastor Washington also serves as the Director of Education as well as a multitude of other duties.In addition she is presently the Director of Human Resources at UCO, in Edmond Oklahoma. She is gifted in many areas the author of three books, " Hope for a Lost Generation", " Life in the Loins" , and " Master of the Bay Station". You will find her to be a dynamic orator of the word with awesome revelation and truth. God truly uses Pastor Washington to bring healing to the Body of Christ in revealing devises of the enemy that hold many people captive. Her life reflects the character and integrity that many wish to attain. She is the spiritual Mother to many saints.

James A. Stewart has been the Pastor of Pentecostal Saints Tabernacle
since 1979. Bishop Stewart is also the presiding Chief Overseer of the House
of God, Which is the Church of the Living God Pentecostal. Under Bishop Stewart's
visionary leadership, the church move from 2743 Thomas St. to it's present
location of 4032 N. 22nd St. Bishop Stewart received a four year Bachelor's
Degree in Theology, Business, and Psychology from St. Louis University and
recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lamed Academy, a satellite school
of the Arkansas Institute of Hebrew and Christian Studies with a degree in
Middle Eastern History. As a man of faith and great wisdom, a community activest
God has blessed him to affects many lives. He continues to be an example
to the people of God in the ways to walk upright before God and how to seek
God's face through study of the word and pray. He has married to Emerine Stewart
since 1961, and blessed with three children James, Denise, and Leah.

Ilinda Jackson along with Husband Les, Pastor the Secret Place Community Church,
in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A church with a heart for the surrounding community.
Ilinda is also the Founder and CEO of Raishing the Standard Ministries Inc. A unique
and innovative mininstry that has apprehended the true essence of "transitional
living" with four life changing houses. These houses are designed for ex-offenders
(female and their children). Presently the Ambassador House, Dominion House,
and the Light House serve as shelters for those seeking refuge and life changing
ministry.Pastor Ilinda holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies, a B.S. in Organizational
Leadership and a Master's Degree om Applied Behavioral Studies. She serves
as the Chaplin at the Mable Basset Women's Correctional Center, having been
recently promoted to facilitate a faith-based unit at the women's correctional
facility.Pastor Ilinda's passion is to address the spiritual condition of the lost
and to develope and mature the Body of Christ. She believes that true and lasting
transformation must come through the building of a personal relationship with Jesus
Christ, the Healer and Redeemer.V

Dr. Shaw was a Prophet in the Body of Christ internationally and an Apostle to the areas of government and authority. Dr. Shaw has been in ministry for over twenty years serving as president of the Living Stones , in Union Missouri. She has served for seven years at her local church as a member and Prophetic Presbytery. She is the founder and President of Gilead Ministries Inc. which is a teaching ministry to both men and women. The heart of Gilead is to provide a place where people can be fed, refreshed, free to exercise their spiritual gifts and be trained in hearing and acting on the Word of God. She is a very valuable mentor in the Body of Christ and has mentored several forerunner ministries that we have today. Through Godly wisdom and integrity her ministry sets an example of humility for the Body of Christ. She seeks only to be " a voice crying in the wilderness " to prepare the way of the Lord and His people. Dr. Shaw is a friend of the Bride Groom and travels extensively helping others to organize and minister effectively. Dr. Shaw serves as a Prophetic counselor to Tabernacle International Ministries, Agape Time Ministries as well as many other ministries. Her counsel is always valuable and timely
